Yesterday, defendants in Walker v. RTTL filed an unopposed motion for leave to file a reply brief in support of their motion to dismiss.
Plaintiff's response to the motion to dismiss contained pages of social media posts from years ago and failed to adequately address the lack-of-standing issue, but since it introduced new evidence, there is good cause for the court to give Defendants leave to reply before the motion to dismiss is ruled upon.
As always, we appreciate your continuing donations to help defend traditional American families from lawfare.
